Mark joined Todd Milburn in 2013. He is a strategic member of the team and is highly experienced in Quantity Surveying and Project Management. His focus and dedication to gaining the best value and results have allowed him to develop strong repeat-client relationships. Mark works across all sectors and in recent years, has accumulated significant experience on several high-profile projects in the conservation, historical and heritage sectors. He enjoys spending time with his large extended family and watching various sports such as football, cricket and Formula 1. In the summer he enjoys cooking over a BBQ for family and friends.

Michael has over 40 years of industry experience and joined Todd Milburn as a Director in 2017. His main expertise lies in Cost and Project Management having spent several years in private practice and as a Commercial Manager for a large development and construction company, overseeing projects across the full range of industry sectors throughout the UK and mainland Europe. Outside of the office, Michael is a member of the RICS North East regional board and enjoys pubs, quizzes and … pub quizzes! He fuels his useless general knowledge via books, films, listening to music and watching and sometimes partaking in sports.

Colin has been part of the Todd Milburn journey for over 30 years, progressing to Director in 2008. In 2023, Colin stepped into a consultant role to enjoy more time with his family. He is a member of the RICS, with over 40 years of industry experience as both a client and Contractor Surveyor. Colin leads by example, building loyal relationships with our clients and bringing the expertise gained over his career to every contract. He has worked on many high-profile projects including Ad Gefrin Distillery in Wooler and the development of Wallsend Boys Club. In his spare time, he is a lifelong Newcastle United supporter and a member of Ponteland Golf Club.

Jim joined the team in 2022, bringing 45 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, including 30 years of expertise in health and safety. Jim has previously held roles delivering safety training and managing health and safety contracts for large construction firms as well as consultancy work with international contractors on Biomass Tees Valley 2 and waste-to-energy plants in Dublin and Edinburgh. Todd Milburn’s clients for Jim’s Principal Designer expertise include Beamish Museum and Sunderland City Council. In his free time, Jim enjoys walking, reading, and watching most sports either live or on TV.

Anne joined Todd Milburn in 2005 and is the friendly face that greets all our guests at the Todd Milburn office. Anne provides essential support and communication across the team and our clients, ensuring exceptional service is consistently delivered. In her free time, Anne enjoys relaxing with a glass of fizz and a good book, jigsaws, crafts, exercising, and shopping.

Dan joined the team in 2020 and brings exceptional expertise in the commercial, education, utilities, and healthcare sectors. He is experienced in designing and project managing building refurbishment and fit-out schemes, space planning, defect appraisal and reporting, condition surveys and planned maintenance surveys. Key recent projects include office refurbishment and fit-outs, new build warehouse and office buildings and site embankment stabilisation all for Northern Powergrid. Outside of the office, Dan enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and watching Newcastle United.
